Our Team

Lindsey Faulk is the Executive Director of the Leadership Institute of Acadiana. Lindsey, a distinguished leader in events and marketing with extensive experience across the private and nonprofit sectors, guides the organization’s mission to activate, build, and convene leaders throughout Acadiana. Lindsey currently also serves as the Director of Events at One Acadiana, where she leads strategic planning and execution of the organization’s annual programming, strengthens member and investor relationships, and secures funding that supports organizational growth. Her work in cross-functional collaboration, program development, and community engagement has positioned her as an influential connector and advocate within the region.

She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an alumna of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXVII. She has been recognized as one of Acadiana’s Top 20 Under 40 (2025) and currently serves on the Festival International de Louisiane Board of Directors, among other community leadership roles.

Ashlynn Gary is the Operations Coordinator of the Leadership Institute of Acadiana. Ashlynn is a passionate and purpose-driven creative based in Lafayette with a strong background in social media strategy and community storytelling. With over five years of experience supporting local organizations and nonprofits, she brings both heart and expertise to everything she does. She thrives at the intersection of creativity, connection, and impact, always looking for ways to uplift meaningful work and make a difference behind the scenes. Whether it’s organizing systems, designing content, or bringing people together through events, Ashlynn is all about intentional work that supports the bigger picture.
