Introducing LL XXXIV Curriculum Co-chairs

Volunteer leadership has been the backbone of our Leadership Lafayette program since its inception in 1987. Each year, two program graduates join forces to help design the curriculum experience for the cohort. For 2021, we are excited to announce that the LL XXXIV co-chairs are Corey Jack (LL XXXI) and Lacey Maynor (LL XXXI). You can learn more about both volunteers below.

Corey Jack (LL XXXI)

Corey Jack is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Jack & Associates LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in assisting entrepreneurs with forming, managing, and growing their enterprise. Corey has worked with early and mid-stage business owners throughout the country, helping to cultivate and grow their ideas into viable businesses within their respective markets.

Corey is also the Executive Director of Holy Rosary Redevelopment Corp, where he is tasked with managing the efforts of restoring the historic Holy Rosary Institute project in Lafayette back to its place of prominence in the community.

Corey is the 2020 SBA Louisiana Minority Business Champion of the Year, 2020 Acadiana Profile Magazine Business Trailblazer of the Year, and 2016 Acadiana Top 20 Under 40 honoree. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UL Lafayette and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Corey is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXI and the co-chair of Acadiana Onboard.

 

Lacey Maynor (LL XXXI)9x1a9482

Lacey Maynor is the Community Development Manager with Advancial.  She is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette Class XXXI, a 2019 20 Under 40 Honoree, and has served on the boards of One Acadiana, the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Institute of Acadiana, and the Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management.

In addition to being a Leadership Lafayette graduate, she has completed and served as co-chair for Intro Lafayette and completed Acadiana OnBoard.  She is very active with local business organizations and has an extensive background in the non-profit sector.  Lacey is a lifelong Lafayette resident and holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
